Martel Innovate joins the European Digital SME Alliance
Martel is proud to announce that it has become a member of the European DIGITAL SME Alliance, the largest network of ICT small and medium enterprises in Europe, representing more than 45,000 companies in total.
Martel Innovate has joined the DIGITAL SME Alliance in its prestigious Innovator’s Club, an exclusive Club which attracts SMEs, startups and researchers who innovate in ICT and want to accelerate their digital transformation. Joining the DIGITAL SME has been a strategic decision for Martel, as there are a number of synergies with DIGITAL SME’s working groups and our own activities.
As Martel becomes member of European DIGITAL SME Alliance, it is leading Coordination activities of several European Commission Horizon 2020 projects in the field of Cloud Computing, Edge Computing, Digital Enhanced Learning, and Next Generation IoT. As such, there are several activities that will benefit from the membership and access to the different working groups of the DIGITAL SME Alliance. Community building, networking, roadmapping activities are core to the business model of Martel, which we carry out via dedicated communication, dissemination, research, innovation and development activities in several EC funded projects. By being a part of the DIGITAL SME, Martel will join the largest network of SMEs in Europe that are moving forward a green digital transformation of our economy and society.
About European DIGITAL SME Alliance
DIGITAL SME is the joint effort of 30 national and regional SME associations from EU member states and neighbouring countries to put digital SME at the centre of the EU agenda. The European DIGITAL SME Alliance aims at promoting exchanges of experiences, know-how and best practices in the ICT sector among its members and carrying out actions at the European level, dealing with topics of general interest to ICT small and medium enterprises in Europe.
