H2020 in the age of COVID19 – Survey

If you are experiencing challenges to maintain ‘business as usual’ due to restrictions imposed by Coronavirus containment measures – then you are not alone and Martel wants to hear from you!

We want to better understand the constraints we are all under and to define effective working practices to maintain a high quality of delivery to ongoing projects funded by the European Commission.

We also seek to know more about how innovation and digital technologies and collaborative platforms can be put to use today to maintain social distancing and flatten the curve of the virus’ spread, as well as, in the longer term, to reduce our carbon footprint and be more sustainable.

We kindly ask you to participate in a survey online in order to ascertain how effective current working practices are, as well as gaining a realistic picture of potential disruption to normal workflows.

The survey is in four sections:

• Remote collaboration at a time of disruption
• Running European funded projects
• EC projects meetings – Pros and Cons of face-to-face vs remote meetings
• EC projects dissemination and communication – workshops, forums, events, conferences

We estimate that the entire survey should take no more than 10 minutes of your time and contributions are anonymous.

We kindly request you to complete the survey by next Friday 3rd April.

Our team will produce a report, based on the results which we will distribute through our newsletter and publish on our website.
