Working together to make the Digital Single Market vision to become a reality is a privilege for Martel’s team. Our engagement within the context of the 5G PPP initiative aims to ensure the growth and impact of 5G initiatives across the pan-European landscape.

On Monday, in Barcelona, at the MWC 2016, on behalf of the European Commission and the 5G Infrastructure Association, Martel run the Media and Industry Analyst Press event. The event focused on the launch of the 5G PPP White Paper “5G Empowering Verticals”.

This White Paper depicts innovative digital use cases from most important vertical sectors and how 5G can empower them. It also discuss how 5G will open the field to new business value propositions. The new value business propositions builds on cementing strong relationships between vendors, operators and verticals.

The Press event in Barcelona has been an important milestone to share and discuss a common vision for Europe to ensure leadership and cohesive creation of a truly interoperable 5G network infrastructure. More than 170 people from all over the world attended the event.
